Powerful Valve Frame Nesting Software:A customized nesting program tailored to current air valve manufacturing processes.It

supports the machining ofall processes for riveted valves,welded valves,inserted valves,and positive pressure air supply outlets,  with simple and easy-to-learn operation.Operators only need to modify the dimensions in the template dialog box,and the software automatically generates NC codes for the valve frame holes to be machined.

High-Speed Laser Hole Cuting:The system automatically identifies the codes generated by the nesting software for seamless

cutting.It  features  fast  speed,smooth  cross-sections,and  bur-frefinishes.This  effectively  overcomes  the  drawbacks  of  traditional die punching,such as frequent die breakage and surface indentations.

Electro-Hydraulic Servo CNC Press Brake:Fast positioning is achieved via front and rear manipulators.The fully closed-loop

electro-hydraulic servo system controls the synchronous and rapid downward bending of the brake blade,resulting in flanges with excellent  straightness,no  indentations,and  small  bending  radii(R  angles).

Flexible Machining:Meets diverse market demands for valves with varying material thicknesses,valve frame thicknesses,flange types,and  height  dimensions.

High  Precision:Full  losed-loop  control  ensures  hole  pitch  error  of±0.3mm,length  error  of ±0.5mm,and diagonal error of±1mm.
