Automatic vertical double-cutting saw is a device developed for mass production of standard tuyeres such as gypsum board access opening, press access opening, support plate access opening and diffuser. It is suitable for cutting the length of 600mm and below, and the mounting hole of the outer frame can be punched synchronously when cutting, eliminating the link of manual punching at the back. This equipment is dedicated to special planes, and each equipment can only cut profiles of a single specification.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The equipment adopts servo linear guide rail automatic feeding design to ensure the cutting accuracy; the punching function can be turned on or off at will according to the requirements, and the automatic unloading function is an effective guarantee for one person to take care of multiple devices easily.

The overall structure design of the equipment is compact, occupying less space, matching with frequency conversion high-speed brushless motor, no belt design, energy saving and low noise. It still maintains stable performance in long-term and high-intensity blanking work.
