The automatic frame punching machine is developed to solve the problems of diversified punching and non-standard dimensions for air outlet frames. It is suitable for punching frames such as rainproof, self-hanging, linear, single/double-layer types. It can synchronously punch the left and right frames before welding, avoiding width limitations and asymmetrical hole positions of the frames.
PRODUCT FEATURES
After placing and clamping the two left-right materials, the equipment system automatically measures their length, calculates the punching quantity and the distance between the first/last holes based on the selected punching process, requiring only manual confirmation. Manual fine-tuning of the first/last hole distance and punching quantity is also available.
The mold adopts plug-in design, which is convenient to disassemble and can be replaced in a short time, which embodies the design concept of multi-purpose and simple operation.
